WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• In a team of colleagues, you will run Isobionics’ distillation equipment producing different flavor and fragrance products. You will control process and product parameters and adjust conditions according to protocol.
• Take and analyze process samples, document the results and align with your team colleagues on interpretation
• Keep and maintain process records and support data evaluation
• Remedy minor malfunctions, leakages, blockages, etc.; first line maintenance; support planned and interventional maintenance
• Support warehousing and logistics; blend, fill and pack products for worldwide shipping to our customers; support timely supply of raw and auxiliary materials
• Take responsibility for compliance to procedures and EHS regulations preventing product loss, delays or unsafe situations; you will report deviations, incidents and near misses sharing your experiences on measures to be taken in deviation reports
• Keeping the equipment and the work areas clean

WHAT YOU OFFER

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a production environment, is flexible and has a technical background. Ideally, you:

• Have a VAPRO-B/C or equivalent qualification
• Are a strong team player
• Are comfortable with operating complex equipment and solving malfunctions
• Understand both chemical and technical processes of equipment in use (incl. operation)
• Have knowledge of MS Office
• Are able to function independently in your task area
• Are accurate and precise
• Have insight into quality and safety regulations
• Are alert for unsafe and/or environmentally unfriendly situations
• Have knowledge of the Dutch and English language
• Experience in either complementing field like mechanics or electronics as well as experience in process safety and SAP are a strong plus
